We The Teens

Mission Statements

Our mission is to strengthen families and mobilize a new generation of young Americans to boldly defend biblical truth, constitutional freedom, and the values that built this nation.

Rooted in God's Word and the principles of our Founding, we teach teens God's design for life, family, and relationships, and show them that faith, responsibility, and moral courage are essential to a free society.

As an activism hub, we equip teens with the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to confront radical ideology, reject cultural indoctrination, and challenge false narratives wherever they appear.

By supporting parents, empowering young leaders, and restoring pride in America's Judeo-Christian foundations, we are raising up teens who are ready to reclaim the culture, preserve liberty, and honor God and country — one young leader at a time.

Where We Stand

Life

Our mission is to affirm and defend the sanctity of human life by upholding God's design for life from conception to natural death. Rooted in Scripture and guided by constitutional principles, we educate students on the moral, scientific, and human realities of abortion while challenging false narratives that devalue life.

We believe every human life is intentionally created by God and made in His image, as Scripture declares: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you" (Jeremiah 1:5) and "You knit me together in my mother's womb" (Psalm 139:13). Because every life bears God-given dignity and worth, we seek to honor His command to "rescue those being led away to death" (Proverbs 24:11).

Through respectful dialogue, compassionate leadership, and courageous advocacy, we equip young Americans to stand for the voiceless, support mothers and families, and boldly defend biblical truth in a culture that has forgotten the value of life.

Family

Our mission is to restore the family according to God's design, recognizing it as the foundation of faith, freedom, and a healthy society. We believe the brokenness seen in families today is the result of turning away from God, for "unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1).

We affirm biblical marriage between one man and one woman as ordained by God (Genesis 2:24), and we uphold the family as a sacred covenant meant to reflect God's truth, order, and love. We believe parents are called to be the primary spiritual leaders in their children's lives, faithfully raising them in God's Word, as Scripture commands: "These words that I command you today shall be on your heart… you shall teach them diligently to your children" (Deuteronomy 6:6–7) and "bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4).

By calling this generation to honor God's design for marriage and family, we seek to raise young leaders who will pursue godly homes, restore faith to the center of family life, and pass biblical truth from one generation to the next.

Marriage

Our mission is to uphold and affirm biblical marriage as a sacred covenant designed by God between one man and one woman. Rooted in Scripture, we believe marriage is not a social construct but a divine institution established by God to reflect His order, faithfulness, and love. As Scripture declares, "Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh" (Genesis 2:24), a design later affirmed by Christ Himself (Matthew 19:4–6).

We believe marriage serves as the foundation of strong families and a stable society, providing the proper structure for love, commitment, and the raising of future generations. Within this covenant, God designed sexual intimacy as a unifying and sacred gift meant to be expressed exclusively within marriage, as Scripture teaches that "the two shall become one flesh" (Ephesians 5:31) and that marriage is to be "held in honor among all" (Hebrews 13:4).

By affirming God's design for marriage and sexual integrity, we seek to call this generation to honor commitment, reject cultural distortions of intimacy, and restore marriage to its rightful place as a cornerstone of faith, responsibility, and a flourishing society.

Education

We believe that education is the process of bringing up a child in instruction and discipline meant to develop understanding and shape character. It is teaching manners, skills, and knowledge as well as moral and religious values using Scripture. 2 Timothy 3:16–17 says, "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."

We also believe that the responsibility of education goes to the family, not the state. Scriptures like Deuteronomy 6:6–7 and Proverbs 1:8–9 show the importance of parents diligently raising up their children in God's Word and listening to your father and mother's instruction and teachings, saying they are like "a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck." Parents have the God-given responsibility to raise their children up to be godly adults, ready to be used by God to further His kingdom.

We believe that the purpose of education is to learn more about God's creation and ultimately give glory to the Creator. Colossians 1:16 says, "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things were created through him and for him." Good education begins and ends with knowing God and connects all subjects and concepts back to His character and deeds. Without God as the foundation, education is pointless and broken.

Black Lives Matter

We believe that all people are created equal by God and made in His image, giving every human life inherent dignity and value (Galatians 3:28). Because of this, racism in any form is evil. Hatred and prejudice against any group — including assuming all people of a certain race are racist — contradict God's command to love one another (1 John 2:11). In God's eyes, Black lives matter because Black men and women are equally created in His image and have the same worth as people of every race. All lives matter equally before God, and believers are called to unity as one body in Christ (1 Corinthians 12:13).

We recognize that the Black community in America faces serious challenges, including fatherlessness, crime, and broken families, which require compassion, truth, responsibility, and restoration. While it is true that Black lives matter as a concept, we believe the movement associated with Black Lives Matter has often taken that truth and promoted ideas or actions that do not reflect biblical teaching.

We believe followers of Christ should live with a victory-over-victim mentality and seek solutions that reflect God's love and justice. Peaceful protest against injustice can be appropriate, but Christians should never participate in rioting, looting, violence, hateful speech, or retaliation. Scripture calls believers to overcome evil with good and to show kindness and forgiveness toward others (Romans 12:21; Ephesians 4:32). True justice and reconciliation cannot come through more hatred, but through love, truth, and unity in Christ.

The Second Amendment

Our mission is to affirm the God-given right of self-defense and the constitutional freedom to keep and bear arms. We believe the protection of innocent life reflects the biblical truth that every person is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Because human life is sacred, defending oneself, one's family, and one's community is both a moral responsibility and a legitimate exercise of freedom.

Scripture teaches that violence and injustice ultimately arise from the sinful condition of the human heart, not from the tools people may use. As Jesus said, "For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander" (Matthew 15:19). Because sin exists in the world, Scripture also recognizes the legitimacy of protecting innocent life, as seen in Exodus 22:2 and when Jesus told His disciples that a time would come to "sell your cloak and buy a sword" (Luke 22:36). These passages affirm that self-defense can be a just and wise response to a fallen world.

We also recognize that the Second Amendment serves as an important safeguard for liberty. The right to keep and bear arms has long been understood as a protection that helps ensure a free people can defend their rights if they are ever threatened by oppression or tyranny. By upholding this freedom, we affirm the responsibility of citizens to protect life, preserve liberty, and guard the freedoms — including faith and conscience — that allow individuals and families to live according to their convictions.

LGBTQ+

Below you will find what we believe God teaches on this matter.

We believe that God does not make mistakes and that He created humanity intentionally and with purpose. Scripture teaches that God created human beings male and female, and that His design for marriage and sexual relationships is between one man and one woman. Homosexuality was not part of God's original design in creation, and the Bible consistently teaches that homosexual activity is a sin (Romans 1:26). While some people believe that being homosexual is outside of a person's control in the same way as traits like height or skin color, Scripture shows that our desires do not determine what is right. People may be born with certain tendencies or susceptibilities toward different sins, but having a tendency does not make acting on it right. Just as a person may struggle with anger or other sinful desires, followers of Christ are called to resist sin and live according to God's will.

We believe that people in the LGBTQ community, like all people, need the healing, forgiveness, and transformation that only Jesus can bring. Choosing to live in a homosexual lifestyle is not living within God's will, and Scripture teaches that we cannot define our identity by the sins that crucified Jesus while assuming we are right with God. Because of this, a person who continually and unrepentantly lives in a homosexual lifestyle cannot claim to be living in faithful obedience to Christ.

At the same time, we believe that Christians are called to speak the truth in love. We do not hate those who identify as LGBTQ, but loving someone does not mean affirming every belief or behavior. Many people today assume that disagreement equals hatred and label those who hold biblical convictions as hateful or homophobic, but Scripture calls believers to respond with both truth and compassion. Our desire is not condemnation, but that all people would experience the grace, healing, and transformation found in Jesus Christ.
